Love showing off your madeit purchases? Proudly declare your items are handmade when people compliment you and ask “Where did you get that?”

We want to know what handmade item is your pride and joy! Show us and you will go into the draw to win $40 to spend at any shop on madeit.com.au!

How to Enter: Get out your camera and snap a photo of you (or your hubby, kids, gran etc) wearing/using/holding any purchase made from a currently operating madeit.com.au store.

Upload the photo to the dedicated flickr group and tell us in the photo comments:

} email address
} which madeit.com.au store you purchased your item from

Competition opens today and closes 14 June 2011. That means that if you haven’t yet made a purchase from madeit, you have time to buy a lovely item, receive it, snap a pic and enter!

What if I don’t have a flickr account? If you don’t have one and don’t want to open one, email your entry to shopcontemporaryhandmade@live.com.au. Please enter “Madeit $40 Virtual Voucher Competition” as the email subject line, so that it doesn’t get over-looked. Be sure to include the photo attachment, your name, and the name of the madeit store.

IMPORTANT STUFF
} Competition open to Australian residents only
} Item picture must include at least some part of you/family member in the shot
} By entering the competition you give SCH permission to use/publish your image entry for the purposes of promoting and discussing this competition.
} Item picture must clearly show the purchased item
} In the comments attached to your photo, leave your name, email address and state which madeit.com.au store you purchased your item from
} Maximum of 3 entries per person, and each entry must be from a different store
} The madeit.com.au store MUST BE IN OPERATION at time of your entry being posted
} Competition opens 1 June and closes 14 June 2011
} Only entries appearing in the flickr group will be considered as being formally entered (including entries uploaded by SCH on behalf of entries received via email). Entries posted to the SCH Facebook page will not be considered.
} You can’t enter items made by your own business
} Winner determined by random.org
} The winner will be asked to communicate with Bec of madeit.com.au to assist in finalising their selected purchase.
} The winner’s purchase can be valued more than $40, with the winner paying the remaining costs.
} No un-used portion of the $40 can be redeemed for cash.
}The winner will have until 30 June 2011 to make arrangements to claim their prize.
